Book Format and Content
The 88 constellations are divided into groups, in the order in which they interact with each other either in theme, mythology, or placement in the sky. There are four main parts in the book, each part being linked to the astronomer who introduced them. For each constellation, you will learn the stories associated with them, what deep sky objects can be seen in their vicinity, a map to find them in the night sky, if there are any meteor showers happening in them, our tips to remember them easily, and more!

I started Galactic Hunter in 2015 to help people learn astrophotography and better understand the night sky. A logical guide to learning the 88 constellation

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ THE FIRST STEP FOR ANYONE WANTING TO LEARN ALL CONSTELLATIONS AND HAVING FUN DOING IT This book is amazing and just what I was looking for. It goes through all 88 constellations, grouped by founding astronomer(s), with content that is interesting, in an order that is memorable. The book provides easy to follow information on their mythology and/or history, and ties them all together in mini groups so that after short study of it, any child or adult can have all the constellations memorised (name, meaning, astronomer, story, basic shape.. and in the authors’ unique and logical order). Of course telescope and basic location information is provided for less casual observers. But this book distinguishes itself as an introductory study resource by keeping things simple and interesting the whole way, where other constellation books bog you down in technical details, read like an A-Z dictionary, or suddenly dump you after exploring the most famous 30. Top marks!
